Coconut Flour Pancakes 🥞🥥🍓. Easy ingredients but make sure to make them in a super non-stick pan because the mix does not stick well together and you have to be very careful when you turn them. Try making them very small so it’s easier to turn them over. • • •4 egg whites. 1/2 banana. 1/4 coconut flour. 1 tsp ground flax seed. 1/2 tsp cinnamon . Stevia. 1/4 c almond milk. 1/4 c water. Brought back a 2003 Bon Appetit staple for @ceanncaithe’s last night in Dallas for the summer! The fennel has this aromatic fragrance while roasting that is so inviting and immediately takes me back to some of the first times we made this dish 15 years ago. They had a full menu for coffee, WiFi, seating, plenty of pastries to choose from, and light bites. I’m honestly a little bummed they’re not in Houston. You can bet money I’ll be back lol. .
