Three New Restaurants Will Open at Cypress at Trinity Groves

More food options infiltrate West Dallas.

Cypress at Trinity Groves is a mixed-use development located on Singleton Blvd. across from Trinity Groves. The 33,000-square-foot space, dedicated to street-level restaurants and retail, is 70 percent leased.

“One of our goals for Trinity Groves since the beginning has been to create a mixed-use, pedestrian oriented residential and commercial development so people not only visit here for lunch or dinner, but live, shop and work in Trinity Groves,” says Jim Reynolds, Development Partner for Trinity Groves, via press release. “Cypress at Trinity Groves has been a huge success since opening. Phase one construction of the first mixed-use, 352-unit project is complete, and the residential units are fully leased. The 33,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space is now 70 percent leased.”

Three concepts have been announced. According to the release:

Dulcet Café, an artisan coffee and pastry shop opened in early June in its new 2,655-square-foot space.

BingBox Snow Cream is soft opening a 1,330-square-foot dessert shop on June 15. Their specialty is Korean shaved ice, or bingsu, which is designed to have the texture of snow. This is the company’s first location outside of New York City in the United States.

Steam Theory Brewing Company will open at the end of June. This restaurant, tasting room and brewery will brew upwards of 15 different beers at a time, serve more than two dozen beers on tap, and feature a seasonally focused chef-driven menu in its 8,000-square-foot restaurant and tasting room.

There are more than a dozen restaurants on the original side of Trinity Groves, as well as two retail shops (Cake Bar and Kate Weiser Chocolate). So, yeah, tons of food to be consumed. Go eat.
