Encanto pops is our favorite popsicle place. Their flavors are fresh and unique. We chose a prickly pear hibiscus pop drizzleed with chamoy and it was the perfect way to cool down in this Texas heat. As is typical of Mexican paletas, many of the popsicles at the paleteria a few doors down from Davis Street Espresso in Oak Cliff, hold big, beautiful chunks of fruit. They have their own flair and there's nothing like it in town. They also serve fresh churros, you might have to wait a while because they're made to order. Definitely worth the wait.
