We know you jump at the first announcement of Restaurant Week. Here it is. This year, in its 21st iteration, DFW Restaurant Week will officially kick off the week of Aug. 13-19, with a record number of restaurants, preview dates, extended weeks, and casual restaurants joining the fray in a new campaign dubbed DFW Restaurant Week Specialty Bites.

Every meal supports charity partners the North Texas Food Bank (NTFB) or Lena Pope.

Here is the cue to mark your calendars: dining reservations will go live when the official list of participating restaurants is unveiled on “Reservation Day,” Monday, July 16, at DFWRestaurantWeek.com.

We’ll be issuing the rallying call to ready, set, reserve!

More details from the press release:

DFW Restaurant Week begins the week of August 13-19, with many restaurants extending participation for additional weeks, through August 26 or Labor Day, September 3. Twenty percent of the price of each meal is donated directly to the North Texas Food Bank or Lena Pope.
