One of the best ways to scope out hot new restaurants and food trends in Dallas is by following area eaters, chefs, and food snobs on Instagram. We’re going to feature a handful of local ‘gramers each week on SideDish. Because it’s fun to see what other people are eating.

Piada Italian Street Food • When Bryant messaged me, asking if I was interested in attending their Spring + Summer Preview Menu, I DID NOT hesitate to reply “YES”! After attending their Fall Preview in October, I knew I was in for a treat! • Attendees enjoyed their Sweet Corn Salad, Farmers Market Salad, Summer Power Bowl, Summer Avocado Piada, and washed it all down with their refreshing Blackberry Hibiscus Lemonade! • I absolutely loved each item! The dishes were fresh, filling and fairly healthy for fast food! My favorite would have to be the Summer Avocado Piada. It’s an Italian style street wrap with pancetta, fresh avocado, arugula, basil aioli, mozzarella, sweet corn and tomato. • There are 4 locations: Richardson, Plano, Frisco and Fort Worth. Stop by, dine in or get it to go. You will not be disappointed and your tastebuds will thank you! Bryant, Che Sam and the Piada staff thank you for another great experience ❤️ #bestfooddallas #dmagazine #foodie #dallasfoodie #vegetarian #foodporn #foodphotography #dallas #dallasfoodie #dallasfoodiejawn #foodporn #nomnomnom #veggies #piadaitalianstreetfood #zipkick #freshfastfood #healthyfood

What Should We Make of the Rangers’ Accidental Youth Movement?

It's been 26 years since a defending World Series champion leaned on this many young players out of the gate. In Texas' case, that wasn't the plan. But that doesn't make an influx of former first-round picks a bad thing, either.
