EATING OUT • Last weekend my sister and I went to Dallas for the day. Before we went out I was already thinking about what I could eat that works with my healthy eating but also delicious. I don’t want to feel like I’m missing out on anything. My sister already had her mind set on this cute bakery called @birdbakery. A BAKERY. A low carb girls biggest temptation. Lol. I was however very relieved when I found out they had the option to have their sandwiches “Protein Style” with gluten free crackers. • Above is the Tarragon Chicken Salad sandwich, protein style. I also had a Gluten Free Monster Cookie. Not healthy, but delicious…lol. • I’m so grateful for places that have healthier options that are still super yummy. • #MyOhKayLife #BirdBakery #Dallas #DallasEats #HealthyEating #Healthy #Salad #Sandwhich #LowCarb #ProteinStyle #PCOS #PCOSLife #PCOSEating #PCOSWeightloss #Wellness #HealthyFood #Food #WeightlossJourney #HealthJourney #FitnessJourney #HappyFriday
