Today is National Margarita Day and of course the Big D knows how to do it big. Restaurants like El Fenix and Ojos Locos are celebrating with $1 margaritas and other places are going big by adding a little something extra to their menus. Get out there and enjoy some tequila.

The Rustic: They’re serving Dos-A-Rita’s all day long to celebrate this festive day. There’s also a live performance by Stevie James Trio from 8:30 p.m. to 10 p.m.

Milpa: This Denton Kitchen and Cantina is offering $1 mini blue-ritas along with t-shirt screen printings from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. Their food truck will be there, too, so you can indulge in food while getting your “taco, margarita and repeat” shirts.

Dallas by Chocolate Taste Tours: Interested in trying a variety of different margaritas today? This tour might be the event for you. From 6:30 p.m. to 10 p.m. sample a selection of margaritas and tacos on their “National Margarita Day Tacos & Margaritas Tour.” Tickets are $76 per person.

Jalisco Norte: If their special Dallas Cowboys themed margaritas and their $5 house margaritas from 3 p.m to 7 p.m. weren’t enough of a reason to bring you in, Jalisco Norte is also giving you the chance to take a selfie with a very real and very adorable donkey.

Beto & Son: Want to take your margaritas to the next level? Try Beto & Son’s liquid nitrogen margaritas. Funky, right?

Ojeda’s Restaurant: If you’re looking for a more traditional approach to this holiday, you might want to check out Ojeda’s tonight. Indulge in Mexican culture while you pair $4 House margaritas with a live performance from Mariachi Arraigo de America from 7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
