The only reason bread exists is to get more olive oil in your mouth 😀. It’s not me saying that, it’s @drstevengundry. 👏🏻 I’ve been making bread with @simplemills Plant Paradox compliant Artisan Bread flour mix for a while now, but only as buns and loaf, never tried the flatbread before. It’s the same box and the adds on ingredients are the same: olive oil, water, apple cider vinegar and eggs, but for every shape there are different proportions of these ingredients. I love this flat bread because I’ve always loved the crust of bread more ☺️. This came out perfect and helped me get my 12 Tbsps of olive oil yesterday. Or at least I hope so. No matter how much I love olive oil, I find it difficult to find ways to have so much of it. And I need it for my skin and hair health. I use a lot for Salads, dipping sauces, even cooking, but I guess I need new ideas about how to have more of it. I take any suggestions, except of having an olive oil shot, I don’t think I can do that 😳. #plantparadox #theplantparadox #lectinfree #glutenfreebread #simplemillsbread #paleobread #lectinfreebread #extravirginoliveoil #healthyfoodie #dallasfoodie #guthealth #brainhealth #foodismedicine #foodie_features #dallasfoodphotographer #healthybread #healthysnack

No 42 | City Hall Bistro Old world charm with modern elements and comfort in mind abound inside @theadolphushotel and it’s no different inside their restaurant @cityhallbistro that was named one of the top ten best restaurants in Dallas in 2017! The menu is finely curated with an incredible mix of flavors that are unique yet familiar and comfortable. I have sincerely enjoyed every meal I’ve had at City Hall and my first brunch did not disappoint! 🙌🏻 There are so many incredible options and among them my favorites were Hazelnut Waffles (pictured!), Papas Bravas and the Greek Yogurt. Thank you @blogandbrunchdfw for the incredible set up this past weekend! #sweetsweetdallas #dessertsyall #theadolphus #cityhallbistro #theadolphushotel #dallasfoodblogger #foodphotographer #waffles #nutella #dallasbrunch #blogandbrunchdfw #foodiesofdallas #dfweats #mastinlabs #sundayfunday #dmagazine #huffposttaste

What Should We Make of the Rangers’ Accidental Youth Movement?

It's been 26 years since a defending World Series champion leaned on this many young players out of the gate. In Texas' case, that wasn't the plan. But that doesn't make an influx of former first-round picks a bad thing, either.
