One of the best ways to scope out hot new restaurants and food trends in Dallas is by following area eaters, chefs, and food snobs on Instagram. We’re going to feature a handful of local ‘gramers each week on SideDish. Because it’s fun to see what other people are eating.

Taking a break from desserts for this insanely easy and flavorful coconut curry salmon using one of my favorite flavor bombs. – This Asian flavor bomb consists of minced garlic, ginger and lemongrass. Just give it a pulse in the food processor and store it in the freezer. Flavor any dish with this! It helps eliminate waste and save money since most recipes only ask for little amounts of ginger or lemongrass. – 1. Quick sautéed the lemongrass flavor bomb in EVOO on medium heat, without browning it. 2. Add any curry paste you desire and sautéed for another minute or two. I used red curry here. 3. Add in canned coconut milk. My favorite is chaokoh. 4. Add in your salt and peppered salmon and let cook for several minutes until it’s just flakey. Don’t overcook! 5. Garnish with fresh lime, fish sauce, and green onions! . . . . . . . . #f52grams #seriouseats #foodblogger #healthyfood #salmon #buzzfeast #curry #weeknightdinner #dinner #cooking #glutenfree #paleo #paleofood
