Our Favorite Dallas Food Instagram Posts from the Week

Because it's fun to see what other people are eating.

One of the best ways to scope out hot new restaurants and food trends in Dallas is by following area eaters, chefs, and food snobs on Instagram. We’re going to feature a handful of local ‘gramers each week on SideDish. Because it’s fun to see what other people are eating.

It has been 1 month since I started working with health coach @livewellbyamanda 💚 and I want to share 5 of the most valuable lessons I have learned during this short period of time, and this are to: 1️⃣. Eat with awareness (NOT with guilt) ☝🏻 2️⃣. Eat my veggies in EVERY meal 🌿 3️⃣. Changing your lifestyle to healthy eating doesn’t happen overnight, it is a process, and that is Okay! (PATIENCE)💆🏻 4️⃣. Have a better relationship with food. I learned to eat brown rice, beans and other things I was taught weren’t good for me. The reality is that our bodies need those nutrients too. 5️⃣. To listen my body and understand if I am hungry or just feeling anxious. Althoug some of this things I had already heard them, just like maybe you too, I wouldn’t have been able to put this into practice if it wasn’t for the patience and accountability of @livewellbyamanda during the process, and let me tell you that having someone guiding you holding your hand, makes a HUGE difference 🙌🏻 Lunch: @rotimodernmed – – – – #foodie #dallaseats #instadfw #dallasfood #dfwfoodie #feastagram #dailyfoodfeed #instafood #foodiesofdallas #dallasstyle #dallastx #dfwblogger #dallasblogger #blogger #dallas #dfw #healthy #elvitasbucketlist #detox #greens #vegies #colorful #inspo #inspiration #selfcare #delicious #healthcoach #fallcleanse #ricebowl #mediterraneanfood
