The Keeper Now Open in The Shops at Legacy

Tiki cocktails and seafood galore.

The Keeper is now open in The Shops at Legacy in Plano. The seafood and tiki-centric concept from Front Burner Restaurants (Sixty Vines, Ida Claire, Twin Peaks, Velvet Taco) specializes in wild-caught seafood.

According to the release:

“The Keeper is an unprecedented, fresh and vibrant, wild-caught seafood restaurant. With fish flown in daily from around the globe…The Keeper has gone rogue and is taking the traditional seafood restaurant and turning it on its head. With an active bar, open kitchen, buzzing patio and unique seating arrangements that offer both intimacy and flow, the restaurant is the natural choice for all occasions.

The Keeper’s bartenders are the Titans of Tiki, dedicated to keeping the bar offerings new and exciting. Guests will find reimagined Polynesian cocktails sourced with the same attention to detail as the food, premium rums, and beer and wine that pairs perfectly with the wide array of seafood dishes.”
