Soraya Spencer and Nicki Hamilton are opening a new fast-casual restaurant, Gather Kitchen, at Thanksgiving Tower on August 21.
According to the release:

The duo is spearheading a new fast food experience featuring whole, non-processed meals handmade with fresh ingredients sourced locally and seasonally. Designed for busy consumers, Gather Kitchen is a quality fast dining experience, which provides hearty, nutritious meals without breaking the bank. Packed with flavor and made with love, Gather Kitchen boasts all-natural meats and proteins, which are designed to be paired with a range of generous bases including fresh vegetables and complex carbohydrates. The customizable dishes are then topped with Gather Kitchen’s signature sauces, all of which are handmade daily without any sugar or additives. Guests can then add toppings and vegetables to create an artisanal, homemade meal prepared before their eyes from start to finish. The fresh meals can be enjoyed at Gather Kitchen’s new Downtown Dallas location or on-the-go. Highlights include Gather Kitchen’s zucchini noodles and fresh cauliflower rice paired with lemon-poached shrimp or Grass-Fed “Beef Crumble,” and topped with Basil-Cashew-Pesto or Six-Pepper Mexican sauce.

The restaurant is located at 1601 Elm Street, Suite 140 and will be open from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Saturday.
