One of the best ways to scope out hot new restaurants and food trends in Dallas is by following area eaters, chefs, and food snobs on Instagram. We’re going to feature a handful of local ‘gramers each week on SideDish. Because it’s fun to see what other people are eating.

I've been feeling ๐Ÿ’ฏ lately thanks to my newly concocted overnight oats ๐Ÿ˜ I eat this immediately after my 6 am workouts (HIIT & weight-training 3x a week ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ) and am still feeling satiated and energized by mid-afternoon. Consists of 1 cup organic rolled oats, @sevensundaysmn cocoa & coconut muesli, @moonjuice cacao nibs, ashwagandha (can't live without this stress-abolishing root), chaga and reishi (anti-oxidant, anti-inflammatory, immune-boosting), @vitalproteins collagen peptides, a tbsp of caprylic acid triglycerides (high energy brain and body fuel- this has seriously kicked all my cravings to the curb), organic sacha inchi seed protein (plant-based, complete protein contains all 9 essential amino acids and BCAAs), a heaping amount of chia seeds for those omega-3 ALAs, wild blueberries, blackberries, half a banana, spoonful of unsalted creamy almond butter, and toasted coconut almond milk ๐Ÿ™Š Fiber, fat, and protein trifecta ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿผ

Sunday brunch is served ๐Ÿณ I didn't make it out to brunch yesterday so thanks to @shiptgroceries I was able to whip up a nice little brunch feast at home! I have loved using them to order my groceries and it has been such a help for those days where I just have zero time to mess with going to the grocery store (I feel like there's never time!). I can only imagine how helpful this will be once our baby girl is here and definitely plan on continuing to use them ๐Ÿ’— I highly recommend signing up for their annual membership – super easy plus you get $15 credit and 2 weeks free! P.S. I made shakshuka again and it was actually nice enough this morning to sit outside ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿผ let me know if you want the recipe! โ˜บ๏ธ#shipt #partner #launchintosummer http://liketk.it/2sdGn #liketkit @liketoknow.it
