The ever-growing Sylvan|Thirty project has just announced the addition of Cooper’s Meat Market, a prestigious butchery from San Antonio. Michael Johnson, a second generation of the family business, and his working partner Victoria Berezina will head up the operations. The 3,100-square foot space, which will open in the fall, is convenient to Cox Farms Market. The market specializes in high-quality meat, but will also carry prepared foods such as appetizers, sides, casseroles, and beer and wine. They’ll deliver to Uptown, Highland Park, University Park and Lakewood, take on catering jobs up to 300 people, and sell Yeti Coolers and GameGuard apparel.
