8 a.m. to noon, Saturdays
Right now, you’ll find strawberries, blackberries, and peaches at their peak. Keep an eye out for Village Baking Co. and try their specialty croissants. This Saturday, the market will host Customer Appreciation Day with music, a photo booth, and lemonade, as well as Pioneer Day From 8 a.m. to noon, there will be blacksmith demonstrations, games, and crafts with live farm animals to pet.
Dallas Farmers Market

Head over this Saturday for The Boho Market pop-up from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. You’ll find items from local makers and small shops at this pop-up. You can also register online for Weekend Yoga offered at 10 a.m. Saturday. All levels are welcome, and the class costs $10. The market’s vendors offer a wide range of produce, honey, homemade tamales, and bread. You’ll also find soaps and other artisan crafts. This Saturday, the market is hosting its second annual Meet the Authors Day. From 9 a.m. to noon, local writers and publishers will showcase their work.
McKinney Farmers Market at Chestnut Square
8 a.m. to noon, Saturdays
This lively market in Chestnut Square has so much to offer, every weekend adding live music, pony rides and face painting to the mix. Aside from the usual produce, you’ll find baked goods, wine, canned goods, crafts, jewelry, and flowers. If you’re craving some spice, make sure to swing past The Tamale Co. and pick up one of their homemade tamales with flavors like Chicken Tomatillo, Cheese + Jalapeño, and Southwest Vegan.

Since 2008, this volunteer-run market has added more than 30 vendors. Enjoy live music as you shop the pet-friendly market for fresh produce, grass-fed meats, artisan bread, farm eggs, honey, and jams.
