Grub and Pub Tour: The Bishop Arts District
Crawl your way through the Bishop Arts District from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. on this self-guided tour. The tour features food and drink specials, pop-up shops, and complimentary goody bags. Friday Night Block Party
Finally off work for the week and don’t want to cook? Head down to the Dallas Farmers Market for a block party from 4-9 p.m. The party kicks off at Rex’s Seafood at the Market. There will be games, drink specials, and, you guessed it, seafood. RSVP here.

National Donut Day Celebration
Spend one of the sweetest holidays in style at the Omni Hotel. Texas Spice and The Owner’s Box will be giving out house-made donuts all day to guests and locals alike. Or just pop into the lobby on your way in and out from work between 7:30 a.m. and 9:30 p.m. and from 3:30-5:30 p.m. for your treat.

Tampopo Pop-up Ramen Shop at The Texas Theatre
Did you burn too much microwaveable ramen in college and now want to actually try real thing? Come to the Texas Theatre for a screening of Tampopo, a 1985 Japanese “Western” comedy exploring love and the quest for the perfect noodle recipe. Stick around for a hot ramen and sake pop-up afterwards. Doors open at 7:30 p.m., and the movie will begin at 8:30 p.m. Buy your tickets here.

Movies at the Dallas Farmers Market
Head back over to the Dallas Farmers Market Saturday for a free movie in the street. Grab some dinner and settle down for a screening of the live-action Cinderella at 8:30 p.m.
