The arrival of Roti Modern Mediterranean will mark the Chicago-based restaurant’s first Texas location. The fast casual restaurant will offer choices based around the Mediterranean diet, and diners can customize their own entrees, including sandwiches, rice plates, and salads, by adding house-made Mediterranean toppings, sides, and sauces. From the press release:

Roti uses high-quality ingredients like organic chickpeas and sustainable meats such as grass-fed beef, antibiotic and hormone-free chicken and fresh sustainable salmon filleted in-house each morning.
“The Mediterranean diet has sustained people for centuries. Rich in vegetables, wholesome grains, and lean protein, this is a delicious and healthful way to eat,” says CEO Carl Segal.

Roti Modern Mediterranean will be located at 2355 Olive Street. The restaurant’s opening date and Dallas menu will be released soon.
