It’s hard to believe it has been 23 years since a small group of chefs and the Dallas chapter of AIWF started the cooking class series at the Dallas Farmers Market. The demonstration classes have become the most popular cooking experiences in Dallas. And they are held at the Dallas Farmers Market, an entity that could use a little love right now.

Here is the chef-chick fest line-up for Spring:

May 6: Blythe Beck (Pink Magnolia) Theme: Springtime in Texas
May 13: Mariana Silva (Komali) Theme: Mexican Favorites
May 20: Anastacia Quinones (Oddfellows) Theme: Brunch on the Fly
May 27: Dunia Borga (La Duni) Theme: Let’s Make Pies!
June 3: Jennifer Brightman (Brightman Food LLC) Theme: Mediterranean Flavors

Attend one or attend them all. Individual classes are $25 by Thursday before class, and $30 at the door. Or choose $110 for the series. Classes begin at 11 a.m. Make reservations by phone (214-653-8088) or sign up here.
