Miranda Management Hospitality Group, the team behind The Trophy Room, Trophy Ranch, and Wholesome Grub, will open Stellar at 2810 N. Henderson Ave. in late spring. According to the release:
“Stellar’s menu will showcase quality interpretations of classic dishes and daring new ventures into unvisited culinary territories. The restaurant’s interior, designed by [Jeremiah] Miranda, will feature a cozy, yet fun and contemporary, feel to every room, pairing perfectly with the food and drink offerings. Stellar will have a full service patio as well as indoor tables and bar seating.”
“Stellar will serve brunch, lunch and dinner and will have a wide array of local and regional craft beers and cocktails,” says Jeremiah Miranda, owner of Miranda Management Hospitality Group. “I’m excited to finally have what we’ve created on paper come to fruition…The interior motif is mid-century modern with some progressive accents and the menu will feature American food with a Stellar creative twist.”
