Nick Badovinus (you know, the restaurateur behind Neighborhood Services, Montlake Cut, and Off-Site Kitchen) opened his latest concept, Town Hearth, on Monday. The 6,000-square-foot space is absolutely stunning, adorned in crystal chandeliers and Badovinus’ signature over-the-top kitsch.

The bar is shaking up 23 specialty cocktails including classics like the Aviation, Blood and Sand, Negroni, and Pimms Cup. Guests can also choose from the restaurant’s highly curated wine selection.

Open-hearth cooking is the heart of the kitchen. The menu offers sharable prime steak cuts and bone-in cuts, which are carved in the kitchen. Additional entrées include pork tenderloin porchetta with pancetta, duxelles, and sage pan jus; cedar-roasted salmon with Béarnaise sauce; and lamb shank shepherd’s pie.
