Heritage Pizza and Taproom, the newest concept from 33 Restaurant Group partners Preston Lancaster and Tony Smith, is now open in The Colony. According to the release:

“A tribute to the classic pizza parlor, Heritage Pizza serves up thin crust pizzas, baked pastas, hot sandwiches, appetizers, salads and decadent desserts. Heritage Pizza offers growler fills to-go and will soon offer full menu and growler delivery to The Colony neighbors…Twelve signature pizza pies baked in a brick oven are available in “Little Guy” or “Big Guy” sizes (10”-14”) and include the namesake Heritage with classic red sauce, cheese, chicken, baby spinach, tomato, artichoke hearts, feta and garlic olive oil, The Ballpark, Mama’s Meatloaf and The Big Kahuna as well as build your own pizzas. The menu showcases the freshest ingredients along with local artisans such as Hamm’s Meat Market and Henry’s Ice Cream.

The bar features 40 taps of carefully curated craft beers with offerings from popular breweries including Karbach, Peticolas, Lakewood, Oak Highlands as well as taps for Holy Kombucha, Oak Cliff Vintage Root Beer and Austin’s Cuvee cold brew coffee. Wines are available by the glass or bottle.

With more than 3,000 square feet Heritage Pizza seats 140 people and offers a private room for large parties. Vintage sports memorabilia, newspaper clippings, games and decor pay homage to the classic American pizza parlor.”

Heritage Pizza and Taproom is located at 3750 Plano Pkwy, Ste. 600.
