All the restaurant news seems to be coming from north of LBJ. Here comes another announcement: Heritage Creekside, a development that will “include up to 1,300 multi-family apartment units, several hundred single-family townhouses and homes, retail, and a corporate office campus with up to 2.5 million square feet of office space” has leased space to both Flying Fish and Rodeo Goat. The total development is a 156-acre mixed-use space near the intersection of Central Expressway and George Bush Turnpike. Rosewood Property Company is driving the project which includes a creek restoration and a pedestrian and bike bridge. Rosewood Property Company is a subsidiary of The Rosewood Corp., a private investment concern owned by the Caroline Hunt Trust Estate. The property has, until now, been owned by the Hunt family.
