Apheleia Restaurant Group to Open Second Location of El Bolero

I must say it’s a crazy time to cover the restaurant business. My inbox is a mosh pit of notices from restaurants that are either opening or closing.
While many industry folks are walking on egg shells, Richard and Tiffanee Ellman of Apheleia Restaurant Group are forging ahead by opening a second location of El Bolero, the stylish Mexican restaurant they opened in the Design District. The new El Bolero will go into the B&F Flats project at Fitzhugh and Central. The opening is scheduled for next fall.
