White Truffles on the Menu at Princi Italia

Here’s a chance to create your own white Christmas. Head over to Princi Italia and order off their Alba White Truffle Festival Menu. It’s only available until December 24. Executive chef Kevin Ascolese has created three lovely dishes with these delicate fungi from the countryside in Northern Italy. Ascolese offers Four Cheese Ravioli ($15), Alba white Truffle Chanterelle Pizza ($20), and Fresh Saffron Fettucine with shave Alba white truffles($22). Yes, you read those prices right.
