If you’re in Fort Worth this weekend, drop in the White Elephant Saloon in the Stockyards. If you’ve never been, you need to do this. On Friday, owner and chef Tim Love will open a Chili Parlor in the back of the saloon. He’ll be serving his signature chili seven days a week for lunch (12pm-3pm) and dinner (7pm-10pm). Eat in or take out from a convenient window outside. Fill the eco-friendly bowls of chili and top with a bazillion toppings such as shredded cheese, crème fraiche, chopped cilantro, jalapenos, Frito’s, or pico de gallo.
