Murgh Tikka Masala, Jeera rice, and garlic/sesame naan at Mughlai Fine Indian Cuisine, photo by: Hayley Votolato

Do your eating or drinking habits change with the season? Mine do. During the summer I drink only white wine. Once Halloween rolls around, my internal clock switches to red. I also have a tendency to eat more Indian and Middle Eastern food during the winter. Recently I have chowed down at Mughlai twice and once at Baboush. After all three dinners, I slept like a bear.

And you? What do your bodies crave when the temperature falls and the light changes?
