Did you know The Dallas Arboretum and Botanical Garden host all kinds of special food events? Earlier this month, the Arboretum broke ground on A Tasteful Place, an $8 million farm-to-table garden on the southern part of the 66-acre property, which will open Fall 2017. They are also creating the inaugural Dallas Arboretum Food and Wine Festival in March 2017.
You are invited to a fall harvest dinner that will take place on Sunday, October 16 from 6 to 9 PM. Chefs participating in the feast include Sharon Van Meter (3015 at Trinity Groves), Janice Provost (Parigi), Eric Dreyer (Fearing’s), David Scalise (Hilton Anatole), Suki Otsuki (Mudhen Meat and Greens), and James Sparks (Gil’s Elegant Catering). The cost is $125 per person ($113 for members). Tickets are available here.
