SideDish Server of the Week: Matt Heppner of Ocean Prime

Each Friday during DFW Restaurant Week, we honor a server who has gone above and beyond the call of duty. The winners are chosen by SideDish readers. Our first 2016 winner is Matt Heppner of Ocean Prime. Heppner caught the attention of Cindy Bivins who writes:

Ocean Prime’s food was very good and portions for Restaurant Week were impressive.  But it was Matt that made the experience.  His timing was impeccable.  We never felt rushed to order, yet when we needed him he was there.  He was very knowledgeable about the wines and recommended a great one – and it wasn’t the most expensive, which I have had happen before.  All in all – he was a very pleasant guy and great server and made our Ocean Prime experience enjoyable.

Way to go, Matt. If you are dining during DFW Restaurant Week and experience excellent service ask for their full name, snap a picture, and email it to me ([email protected]).
