Bridge Bistro is Closing for August

Veteran Dallas restaurateur Kay Agnew is closing her Cajun-Creole restaurant in the shadow of the Margaret Hunt Hill Bridge on August 1. When they open a month later, you will find a new patio overlooking the skyline, a fresh interior, and “a few surprises.” I think we should all take August off and do the same!
