You all know Hayley Hamilton’s byline. She’s the wine editor here on SideDish. Hamilton is also the founder of Dallas Uncorked, a non-profit organization dedicated to providing an outlet for sophisticated wine aficionados and the curious novice. Hamilton started Dallas Uncorked in 2004 and has been organizing wine dinners and events that feature some of the less commercialized wineries and varietals. She travels the world and writes about wine. Nice, eh?
Now you can benefit from her knowledge. Hamilton is throwing a 12th anniversary party at Sevy’s Grill on June 12 at 6:30PM. At the dinner, Hamilton will welcome Sonoma’s Ram’s Gate Winery to Texas. Assistant winemaker Luke Stanko and general manager David Oliver will be in attendance.
Proceeds from the Dallas Uncorked event will benefit The Birthday Party Project, an amazing organization that throws birthday parties for thousands of homeless children.
