One of the best ways to scope out hot new restaurants and food trends in Dallas is by following area eaters, chefs, and food snobs on Instagram. We’re going to feature a handful of local ‘gramers each week on SideDish. Because it’s fun to see what other people are eating.
If this is how vegetarians ate all the time, I'd probably convert. This Vegetable Crudo at Top Knot was delicious. One of my new favorite dishes in Dallas! I sampled pretty much everything on the menu (with some help) and it was all delicious. The food is like art. Beautifully done. The restaurant has a great laid back atmosphere and the outside deck is perfect for a hot summer's night. The staff is educated, prompt, and pleasant. I'll admit, I had high expectations for this Uchi concept … and boy did they deliver! Bravo Top Knot! ?? #dallastx #dallasfoodie #eathere @topknotdallas
Clearly I'm obsessed with @fastfurious_addison. Chirashi bowl: sashimi over a bed of veggies and sushi rice. Probably not what I'm supposed to be eating so soon after food poisoning, but it was an eat-your-feelings kind of day and I couldn't have fried chicken. ? #dallasblogger #foodblogger #chirashi
