If this is how vegetarians ate all the time, I'd probably convert. This Vegetable Crudo at Top Knot was delicious. One of my new favorite dishes in Dallas! I sampled pretty much everything on the menu (with some help) and it was all delicious. The food is like art. Beautifully done. The restaurant has a great laid back atmosphere and the outside deck is perfect for a hot summer's night. The staff is educated, prompt, and pleasant.
