Things are hopping at the Dallas Farmers Market. If you haven’t been lately, get there and check out all of the new and improved stalls and stands.
If you really want to spend a fine Saturday at the DFM, consider signing up for one (or all!) of the cooking classes that are take place in the Market Resource Center from 11:30am to 1:00pm. This is the 22nd year for these demonstration classes hosted by the top chefs in Dallas.

May 14 Braden and Yasmin Wages Malai Kitchen Theme: Into the Thai and Vietnamese Kitchen
Classes are held every Saturday from 11:30 AM until 1:00 PM. Doors open at 11:00 AM. The demonstration kitchen is located upstairs in the Administration Building (Market Resource Center), 1010 S. Pearl Expressway, Dallas, TX 75201.
Price is $25.00 per student per class in advance (prior to Thursday before class to be attended) or $30.00 at the door. ($110.00 for series ($15 savings) Online form is here.
