Somebody Help This Poor Girl: Beet Chips

This cry for help comes from me. My husband picked up a bag of Salento Farm beet chips at the Union Square Saturday Greenmarket over the weekend, and he will not stop talking about them. The farm bakes the “Can’t BEET ’em Chips” using their own beets, adding only olive oil and sea salt. We frequent Dallas-area farmers markets and have yet to stumble across a similar locally baked snack.
