Dallas Grilled Cheese Co.

dgc-thebigcheesy“In honor of Mardi Gras, we’re placing our cheesy spin on a New Orleans classic with roots in the Big Easy’s Sicilian community: the Muffuletta. Ours comes loaded with salami, capicola, cured ham and lots of melty-gooey provolone, topped with olive salad and served on a freshly-baked Ciabatta roll. It’s available the entire month of February and we’re calling it ‘The Big Cheesy.'”
