This cry for help comes from a woman in pursuit of a classic, yet not entirely forgotten dish.
I am new to the Dallas area (job transferred me here). My brother will be visiting me in a few weeks and we are both huge foodies! He wants to know where we can find the best Beef Wellington in the city. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks.
The first restaurant that comes to mind is The Theodore. While I haven’t yet had the beef wellington there, I do know that the new concept from Tim Byres is serving the traditional dish.
So, is there anywhere else in town plating a reputable beef wellington?
