Nearly a year ago, Nancy broke the news that restaurateur Nick Badovinus was opening a new restaurant in the space at Preston Center that used to house Spoon.

The Seattle-inspired restaurant — named after the Montlake Cut section of the Lake Washington Ship Canal — opens tonight for dinner service. The menu is filled with seafood and playful tiki cocktails. Take an exclusive look at the menu, a few dishes, and the space in the gallery below.

Montlake Cut is located at 8220 Westchester Dr. They open for dinner service tonight at 5:30 p.m.
