What’s in the box:  Handmade salami, half-pound of Farmhouse cheddar, pickles, crackers, a jar of olives and a sweet accompaniment. (Serves 6 to 8.)

Italian Treat
Price: $95
What’s in the box: Half-pound of Parmigiano-Reggiano, half-pound of Pecorino, olive oil, handmade salami and crackers. (Serves 6 to 8.)

Best of Texas
Price: $55
What’s in the box: Three quarter-pound pieces of handmade Texas cheeses, local chocolate, and local honey. Add a Texas beer or wine for $15 or $20. (Serves 3 to 4.)

Beer Lovers
Price: $60
What’s in the box: Three quarter-pound pieces of beer-friendly cheeses, handmade salami, wholegrain mustard, and crackers. Add a large-format beer for $15. (Serves 3 to 4.)

Charcuterie

What’s in the box: Two handmade salamis, two quarter-pound cheeses, crackers, mustard and pickles. (Serves 6 to 8.)

The Classics

What’s in the box: Five quarter-pound pieces of classic cheeses from around the world: a triple crème from France, a mountain cheese from Switzerland, a cheddar from England, a sheep’s milk cheese from Spain, and a blue from Italy. (Serves 10 to 12.)

What’s in the box: Three artisan cheeses from around the world and a condiment or side to compliment.

Sommelier Selection Tier One
Price: $50
What’s in the box:  Three different wines for any occasion selected by certified sommelier, Marco Villegas. This can be a one-time or monthly gift.

Sommelier Selection Tier Two
Price: $100
What’s in the box: Two rare, high quality wines selected by certified sommelier, Marco Villegas. This can be a one-time or monthly gift.
