Meat Fight, the annual barbecue competition that benefits the National Multiple Sclerosis Society, raised more than $150,000 last night. This was a record-breaking year for the event.

Hundreds of people gathered at The Big Green Warehouse in Trinity Groves and sampled ‘cue from some of Dallas’ top chefs — who were divided into four teams. Each team battled for the best brisket, sausage, pulled pork, and “wild card” awards. So, who won?

Brisket: Andrew Dilda (Fearsome Fourcemeat)
Sausage: Janice Provost (Notorious PIG)
Beef Belly: Patton Robertson (Qu Tang)
Pork Loin: Jeff Bekavac (Fearsome Fourcemeat)
People’s Choice: Fearsome Fourcemeat
Best Team Trophy (for winning most trophies): Fearsome Fourcemeat

Well, there you have it. Click the gallery below to scope out the festive scene.
