I asked some local chefs—Blythe Beck, Stephan Pyles, Dean Fearing, Jesse Moreno, Tina Wasserman—to contribute some of their classics. We took the recipes to photographer Manny Rodriguez’s studio where food stylist Beth Maya and set stylist Michael Thompson made them look pretty.
