Park & Palate, a celebration of food and wine designed to raise funds for the Woodall Rodgers Park Foundation, will take over Klyde Warren Park on September 25 and 26.
“We have such a strong lineup of some of the most beloved and exciting chefs from across the country for Park & Palate this year, and we are thrilled to have these fantastic chefs participating in the cooking demonstrations at the event,” Erika White, vice president of events and programs at Klyde Warren Park, said in an email. “We couldn’t think of a better way to celebrate the dynamic culinary scene that will aid in giving back to the park.”
Each chef will provide a 45 minute cooking demonstration of a recipe of their choice. The lineup includes:
Chef Jason Dady, Jason Dady Restaurant Group
Chef Tiffany Derry, Tiffany Derry Concepts
Chef Kent Rathbun, Abacus and Jasper’s
Chef Jonathan Waxman
Chef Amanda Freitag
In addition to the demos, Park & Palate will feature more than 30 regional and local chefs and 30 wineries. The even takes place on September 25 and 26. Tickets start at $150 and can be purchased here.
