Rick Mintner, owner-operator of Rockn’Ricks, told us this week that his truck, along with several others, will be onsite at Cowboys Stadium for all the big events, including pro and college football, as well as concert-style bashes. According to Rick, Jerry Jones saw the activity at the Country Music Awards recently, and instructed Legends Catering to include food trucks at all events. The trucks will be located on the West Plaza, next to the gates.
The next Reunion Lawn Party takes place this Saturday. Watch the weather and plan for lots of fun and food trucks.
Sadly, The Guava Tree was already booted from The Great Food Truck Race. Owner Onel Perez tells us that a hose busted on his generator in the middle of a lunch service and pretty much doomed his competitive revenue.
