It’s hot out there, and while many food trucks are taking time off to avoid the sweltering temperatures, for others it’s business as usual.
Also, I’m hearing from many of the food trucks that they are starting to get booked up for September and October. If you are even thinking about an event with food trucks, you need to start booking now.
