Rosies for breakfast. South Buckner, just north of Pleasant Grove Shopping Center.

Circle Grill. North side of 30 @ loop 12. Get the cheese enchiladas.

Gonzalez on Bruton… Mami and Papi restaurant, lol

Gonzalez’s is wonderful. Menuedo on Sunday’s. Real Mexican food and Tex Mex. Started out as a hole in the wall and now they own their beautiful building. Very pretty, nice and a good place to eat in the Grove. A friend just tried Gonzalez and then took his family for Father’s Day. Good choice.

As well, Circle Grill is open on all days —but only Thursday, Friday, Saturday nights. Their fried chicken is worth the wait.

I agree. I am tired of the Chain Restaraunts. It’s a business like anything else and I have witnessed personally how they will cut important corners to save on costs. You have to have heart, not a number cruncher.

La Adelita on Military. Their Guiso de Puerco is awesome! Wed. during lunch the fideo soup is so very tasty.

Also Casa Cavasos, on Samuel and Jim Miller.
