Wabi House (softly) opens tonight. That’s right, as of 5 p.m. you can slurp tonkotsu ramen and munch on crispy pig ears at the hippest addition to the Lower Greenville restaurant strip.

Chef Dien Nguyen has crafted a menu filled with Japanese comfort dishes such as sweet corn fritters, garlic albacore sashimi, fried shiitake mushrooms tossed in bone marrow butter, and ramen. So much ramen.

Wabi House’s full menu is available tonight and Thursday from 5 p.m. until 10 p.m., and Friday from 5 p.m. until midnight. Regular business hours start on Saturday.

Wabi House is located at 1802 Greenville Avenue, Suite 100. The restaurant is open Thursday through Saturday from 11 a.m. until midnight, and Sunday through Wednesday from 11 a.m. until 10 p.m.
