Chef Vijay Sadhu been appointed executive chef at W Hotel’s Cook Hall.
Sadhu has worked in the restaurant industry for twenty years, and his past experience includes chef and owner of Saffron Bistro in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, an executive chef role at Bukhara Grille in Richardson, and working with chef Stephan Pyles at Samar. He opened modern Indian restaurant, Sutra, in 2010, and Pepper Smash in 2012.
According to the release: “Guests can look forward to tasting Chef Vijay Sadhu’s culinary creations along with Cook Hall’s famous vintage cocktails in June 2015.”
