The owners of Uchi are finally ready to open their Dallas location. According to the media release the restaurant will open for business on Monday, June 1. Chef Nilton “Junior” Borges, Jr.’s menu will offer hot and cool tastings, sushi, sashimi, makimono, yakimono, and tempura.
Uchi Dallas is located at at 2817 Maple Avenue and will be open daily at 5 p.m.
