Mr. Wittle’s Fine Foods pie fillings are my newest obsession. I love to bake and I am in no way opposed to products that make the process a little easier. Of course I wish I could make each baked good completely from scratch but for me, and I’m sure lots of other “hobby bakers” out there, sometimes that is not an option. I am grateful for companies like Mr. Wittle’s that make products from the “freshest ingredients, never cutting corners,” so that I can.

I came across Mr. Wittle’s Fine Foods pie fillings at Central Market on Lovers, the fact that it was made right here in Dallas was enough for me to try it. The blueberry pie filling is my favorite, but honestly, they are all delicious. I have baked with other pre-packaged pie fillings in the past but have always needed to add a little something to help boost the flavor. There was absolutely no need to add anything to these products.

Mr. Wittle’s Fine Foods also produces pickled corn relish, garbanzo bean salad, Asian coleslaw, Mediterannean peppers, and much more. All products are made daily in small batches, are vegan, gluten-free and contain no artificial colors, artificial flavors or preservatives.

Right now the header of their website states “Due to increased demand, we are currently not accepting any online orders. Please find our products in any one of the 9 Central Market stores in Texas.” Clearly I am not the only person who is a fan of Mr. Wittle’s fine foods. To learn more about their products, read their family story and find out where to purchase the products visit their website at www.mrwittlesfinefoods.com.
