Central Market bakery is home to several locally made breads, pastries and sweets. One of my favorites is Baklava Bakery Pita Bread. Baklava Bakery is a wholesale-only bakery located in Arlington. If you have ever driven by their storefront off of Arkansas Lane then you may have thought that they’ve gone out of business. Fact is, they only operate between 9 p.m. and 7 a.m., baking up delicious bread and sending it out to stores like Central Market for us to all enjoy.
Their pita bread is perfectly thin and heats up really well. That is one of things I look for most in restaurant-style foods that I purchase retail and then reheat at home.
