Wednesday

Mariano’s Hacienda continues Margarita Fest today featuring half price margaritas from 11 a.m. until 10 p.m. Call 214 691-3888 for more information.

Community Beer Company and Rahr & Sons Brewery offer weekly brewery tours starting at 5 p.m. Tickets cost $10. Expect samplings, music, and food trucks. Visit the D Magazine events directory for additional details.

Thursday

The tasting tours continue with Deep Ellum Brewing Company and Martin House Brewing Company. Tickets are available online or at the door for as little as $12. Check out additional details here.

Friday

Rahr & Sons Brewery hosts Sonny & Friends Rahr-B-Q Cookoff as a chance for locals to showcase their culinary talents. The musical lineup includes Sonny Burgess, Dempsey Pullen, Tyler James, Jesse Jennings, Jolie Holliday, Aubrey Lynn England, and more. The event takes place from 5:30 until 9:30 p.m. Tickets are available online for $25. Money raised benefits The Hope Center for Autism.

Shinsei is introducing their recently remodeled Sakaya Room. Sip specialty cocktails and nosh on Japanese bites prepared by award-winning Chef Jeramie Robison from 5 p.m. until 6:30 p.m. This is the beginning of a daily service offered Monday through Friday. Call 214-352-0005 for more details.

The Rosewood Mansion on Turtle Creek is hosting the 10th annual TACA Lexus Party on the Green. The milestone celebration showcases local and celebrity guest chefs from around the world. The event takes place at 7 p.m. Tickets are available online starting at $350.

Wine Spectator’s Grand Tour is heading to Dallas. Taste the wines you’ve only read (and dreamed) about. More than 200 of the world’s finest wineries will each pour one of their best wines, guests will sip and mingle with the winemakers. The event takes place from 7 p.m. until 10 p.m. Tickets are available online for $225.

Saturday

Untapped Festival kicks off in Fort Worth this weekend at Panther Island Pavilion. This festival aims to “bring thoughtfully paired music to seasoned craft beer drinkers and to introduce new and exciting craft beers to discerning music fans.” Check out who’s playing here. The event kicks off at 3:30 p.m. Tickets are available online and range from $32 to $65.

The 6th Annual Homegrown Festival returns to downtown Dallas with music and art at Main Street Garden Park. They say, “lush lawns, gardens and fountains scream music festival especially if you throw in live art demonstrations, a dog park, and local vendors selling art, wares, food and beverages.” Tickets are available online for $33 or $45.

Sunday

Happy Mother’s Day! Treat your mom to brunch.

Bring the family out to enjoy the last day of Allen Arts Festival 2015. There are more than 80 Texas artists displaying paintings, jewelry, pottery, photography and more. Food trucks will be on site. Visit the Allen Arts Alliance website for more information.
