Anastacia Quinones has won the role of executive chef at Kitchen LTO following a week-long voting process. She (along with Crimson Shults, who has won the artist/designer position of Kitchen LTO’s fifth round concept) will be taking over the permanent pop-up restaurant at Trinity Groves this June.
Blythe Beck’s last night as executive chef at Kitchen LTO is Sunday, May 31. The restaurant will close that following Monday and then re-open for dinner service on Tuesday, June 2. Lunch will be available starting the following day (Wednesday), and brunch service will kick off that weekend.

Quinones will maintain the role of executive chef through the end of the year.
